What we are doing at J.H.S.
- At J.H.S. we are working hard to reduce the risk of infection to both our installers and our customers whilst maintaining our excellent service.
- As the situation during the current Coronavirus pandemic is rapidly changing, we are constantly monitoring the governments latest advice and are working within the recommended guidelines. These can be found at https://www.gov.uk/coronavirus
- We are (as always) practicing good personal hygiene and safer practices, washing and/or sanitising hands before, during and after each job.
- Maintaining social distancing wherever possible.
- Our installers carry P.P.E such as: masks, disposable gloves, shoe covers, disinfectant wipes and will use as appropriate.
- Our installers will adhere to all other Government guidelines in order to protect themselves and our customers.
How you can help.
- Please understand that if you are in isolation we cannot attend your property until your isolation period has ended, please let us know as soon as you can and we will reschedule your appointment.
- Please maintain social distancing where possible and do not be offended if our installer asks you to adhere to it.
- Please ensure that the rooms our installer is working in are well ventillated and clear of people if possible.
- Please allow our installers access to hand washing facilities.
